Founder and CEO, Martine Leherpeur has visited China regularly since 1985. Her love of the country, its history and culture led to her creating Xiao Qiao MLC (“Little Bridge”, a passageway between European and Chinese cultures) in order to help European and local brands successfully enter the market.
With an international take on emerging trends in consumer activity, distribution and innovation, Xiao Qiao MLC supports clients right along the line: brand positioning, product territory, collection development and product environment.
Xiao Qiao MLC establishes participatory work in the form of workshops through which to directly involve teams with change, revolving around a single way forward.
